Excelsior Class Starship

The Excelsior class for Star Trek: Continuum was an extremely difficult model to make. In fact it took me over a year to complete her. This like the Miranda Class was due to the lack of good blueprint reference. My study for this model was the 7 foot ILM studio model used for filming Star Trek III to Star Trek VI. However no blueprint reference exists for that model. Other than inaccurate fan made prints, or prints of the 4 foot Greg Jein Voyager: Flashback model. Which was not my study. So like the Miranda I had to settle for "eyeballing" it. Using many photos of the ILM studio model, and hope i got it as close as possible. So like the Miranda i will not claim 100% accuracy. She is damn close though ;)

There are two variants of the Excelsior here. The first is the Excelsior configured as the NCC-2000 variant as seen on Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. The second is the Excelsior Refit configured as the USS Enterprise NCC-1701-B as seen on Star Trek: Generations.

I may make the NX-2000 variant at a later time.
